Full-time Technical Support

at Helicon in Makati

Helicon is a specialized contact center that focuses on businesses operating within the travel and/or airline industries. Unique to other communication solutions companies, Helicon is armed by highly skilled agents who know by heart how airline and travel industries in general operate. These agents have been trained and exposed in an airline and travel environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Goal driven individuals with excellent conversational skills in English
•Highly motivated, hardworking, trustworthy and results-oriented
•Must have attained at least 2nd year college level or a two-year vocational course
•Strong customer service skills
•Male or Female, between 18 to 35 years of age
•Must be willing to work on shifts
•Fresh graduates or entry level are encouraged to apply

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Monthly Compensation Package of P12,000 to P18,000
Includes Basic Pay, English Skill Allowance and Performance Incentive Bonus

Plus:
•Night Differential
•13th Month Pay
•Overtime Pays
•Sick Leave / Vacation Leave upon regularization
•Free Customer Service Training
